We thank you for your interest in Miami Beach Luxury Rentals and we kindly ask you to take note of the following booking policies:

Please note: Private suite rates do not include tax. A 10% transient rental tax and 4% credit card processing fee will be added to final bill.

Deposit

Guarantee/deposit policy: An initial deposit of 100% of cost of stay and tax will be secured against the credit card upon receipt of reservation agreement. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation/No Show

Unless otherwise stated in an agreement, cancelling 30 days or less before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit/payment. No refunds for early departure.

Promotions

*Promotions may not apply during holiday/New Years weeks and special events. Please call or write for details.
