We thank you for your interest in Miami Beach Luxury Rentals and we kindly ask you to take note of the following booking policies:

Please note: Room rates do not include tax. A 10% hotel tax and 3% credit card processing fee will be added to final bill.

Deposit

Guarantee/deposit policy: An initial deposit of 50% of cost of stay and tax will be secured against the credit card upon receipt of reservation agreement. 30 days before arrival date, balance of payment will made for reservation rate plus taxes. All deposits/payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation/No Show

Unless otherwise stated in an agreement, cancelling 30 days or less before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit/payment. No refunds for early departure.
